The budget session started on Friday with the President's address. However, there was a lot of uproar about the CAA from outside the house. Prior to the address of both houses of President Ramnath Kovind, other opposition parties including the Congress protested outside the House.
राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के साथ ही शुक्रवार से बजट सत्र की शुरुआत हो गई। हालांकि, सदन के बाहर से लेकर भीतर तक नागरिकता संशोधन कानून को लेकर जोरदार हंगामा देखने को मिला। राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के दोनों सदनों के संबोधन से पहले सदन में कांग्रेस समेत दूसरी विपक्षी पार्टियों ने विरोध जताया। वहीं सदन में भी हंगामा देखने को मिला।
